Stanley 1913
Since 1913, The Stanley brand has been synonymous with rugged outdoor gear. During my time with Stanley, I led Industrial Design, guiding the entire product development process from early concept ideation through to successful commercialization. My role covered all aspects of design, including strategy, project scoping and development, timeline management, concept creation, supervision of junior designers and external contractors, close communication with factories, and on-site factory visits.
In the summer of 2015, I participated in a "Design Exchange" program in Shanghai, China, where I collaborated extensively with the PMI Shanghai Creative team, visited factories, and worked with the Creative Development Center to advance design processes.
